Quell.

Why it exists

Many cessation apps hide basic tracking behind aggressive subscriptions or add superficial AI features. I wanted a calmer tool that respects a difficult personal process.

What I built

• A native SwiftUI and SwiftData foundation for puff tracking, streaks, savings, and history
• Widget, Apple Watch, Live Activity, Siri, and Action Button foundations
• A disposables-aware product model instead of reusing cigarette-only assumptions
• A public support, privacy, and product site backed by real app interface screenshots

Where it stands

The core app and Apple-platform foundations compile cleanly, and the public product site is live. Quell is still pre-release and has not yet been submitted to the App Store.

What I learned

Health software earns trust through restraint: honest claims, clear pricing, useful integrations, and no feature added only because it sounds intelligent.
