Freediving is meditation in its purest form. Learning to hold my breath and dive deep has taught me to be present, calm my mind, and connect with the ocean in a profound way. What started as a curiosity during a vacation in the Philippines has become a regular practice that takes me to dive spots around the world. There's something magical about silently gliding through the water, becoming a temporary visitor in the realm of marine life.
